Thoughts:

1. Never say never.  You may think you know what you want to be (when you grow up).  However, it is very likely if your concern for others and your collaborative abilities remain at the forefront of your character, you may find yourself in a position to choose to make a difference rather than walk away.
2. There is no position more powerful or important to the success of an organization than the collective energies of a goal driven administrative team.
3. You will never be ready for a principalship or the central office if you wait until you feel like you are ready.
4. The professional goals necessary for the principalship are intentionality, transparency, and a passion for quality.
5. I hope our wisdom will grow with our power, and teach us, that the less we use our power the greater it will be.
